1. Purpose of the Service

EuroPrime Motors offers services including advice, intermediation, purchase management, transport and registration of vehicles from Germany for import into Spain.

2. Obligations of the Parties

The customer agrees to provide truthful information and the necessary funds within the agreed timeframe for the purchase of the vehicle. EuroPrime Motors agrees to act with the utmost professional diligence in verifying and managing the process.

3. Limitation of Liability

EuroPrime Motors acts as an intermediary and advisor. Although we carry out thorough checks, the final warranty for the vehicle rests with the original seller (German dealership) according to current European regulations.

4. Economic Conditions

Our service fees will be detailed in the personalized quote accepted by the client. Transportation costs, taxes, and official fees will be paid as stipulated in the agency agreement.

5. Jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish legislation will apply, to which the parties expressly submit.
